NEVER RUN THE MACHINE WITH OIL-FREE GASOLINE!
GASOLINE CLASS: LEAD-FREE 95 OCTANE - OIL CLASS: 2 T GASOLINE ENGINE OIL

A mixture will be made by adding maximum 30 ml 2-stroke engine oil (2t oil class) to one liter of gasoline. Gasoline and oil mixture should be done outside in a can. Before refueling the machine with oil, it must be rinsed outside in a can. In gasoline-oil mixture, set Use the injector (30 ml) included.

Push the black latch on the carburetor on the hand drill motor towards the rubber pump (symbol, open: iii) on the carburetor, then pump the rubber pump to fill the engine/carburetor with gasoline. Move the black latch to the I/I position with the symbol closed.

Hand drill engine: turn the button on the throttle trigger to the on (on) position, press the gas and pull the start rope until it starts, immediately after the machine starts, move the black latch on the carburetor to the symbol, open: ii position.

During the hand-held drilling core application, excessive pressure should not be exerted on the machine. In case of hand drilling – excessive pressure in hand core application, machine linings and transmission may be damaged.

Use the gas trigger to increase/decrease/adjust/balance the cutting/drilling speed at the time of application with a gasoline hand core drill.

Keep away from fire, sparking materials, lit cigarettes and similar substances when using and refueling the hand core drill. Do not start/stop the machine while refueling.

Always wear protective work clothes and equipment when using a gasoline drill and when performing hand drilling core applications. (Use safety glasses, earplugs, dust mask, gloves, hard hat and work shoes and similar equipment)

The cutting diamonds are in the closed state. In order to open the cutting diamond bits (sharpening operation), attach the cutting diamond bit to the core barrel and rotate it on the concrete floor for 5 to 10 minutes while it is connected to the machine. The area to be drilled-cored by hand (the area where the cutting diamond will come into contact) should be disturbed with a hammer or similar tool, this will assist in the centering of the drill core machine and the drill rod (the rod with a diamond on the tip). Hand-held core drilling - core rods are 50 cm long. Manual drilling-core application is started with a 50 cm long core barrel (tij with a diamond on the tip). After reaching a depth of 50 cm, the core barrel (the rod with a diamond on the tip) is removed from the hole and separated from the machine, and the sample (core) inside is removed/emptied, (in drilling-core applications, the sample/core removal-emptying process of the core barrel is done at every 50 cm depth). An extension rod (straight pipe type rod) is attached to the machine, a core barrel rod is attached to the front of the extension rod and inserted into the drilled hole and drilling-core application is continued. After reaching a depth of 1 meter, the rods are removed from the hole, the core barrel (the rod with a diamond on the tip) and the extension rod are removed from the hole and separated from the machine, and the sample (core) inside the core barrel rod is removed/emptyed.
Use of helical auger rods; In the drill hole drilled at a depth of 1 meter, in order to continue the drilling core application with helical type auger rods, a straight pipe type extension rod is attached to the machine, a helical type auger extension rod is attached to the front of the straight pipe type extension rod thread, A core barrel rod (with a cutting diamond on the tip) is attached to the front of the spiral type auger extension rod and the drill-core rod application is continued by releasing the rods mounted to each other in the drill hole drilled at a depth of 1 meter. In case of excessive pressure on the machine during the drilling application, the machine linings will be damaged. A light pressure should be applied to the machine by hand during core drilling.
Drilling with hand-held core drilling machine and equipment should be done at an angle of 90 degrees and this angle should not be lost. Work without straining (proving) the machine. Work carefully to avoid damage to your arms in case of drill/rod jamming during manual drilling core drilling. In the practice of hand drilling, the use of water is very important. The water will not only cool the rods that are heated by friction, but also provide great benefits in the cutting process. At least 15 liters of water will be drained for 2-3 meters depth. Manual drilling In the case of little or no water in core drilling, the rods and cutting diamonds are damaged and jammed in the hole, damaging the machine and hand-held core drilling becomes impossible. Be careful and cautious so that your arms are not damaged in a jam that may occur during drilling.
While performing core drilling with a hand drilling core drilling machine, raising and lowering the hand drill core machine 10-15 cm will be beneficial in removing the muddy water in the hole and the rod and will facilitate the application of card drilling.
During the application with a core drilling machine, put liquid soap into the water pumps, the soap facilitates the cutting process.

USING AUGER TOOLS FOR DRILLING (DRILLING) IN SOFT SOILS
Rods designed for drilling (drilling) applications in soft soils with a hand drilling machine are in the form of auger-helix. In case of excessive pressure on the machine during the drilling application, the machine linings will run out early. Light pressure should be applied during application.
While drilling on soft ground with the machine, raising-lowering the machine 15cm-20 cm up-down will be beneficial in removing the mud collected in the hole and around the augers and will facilitate the drilling application as well as prevent auger jams that may occur.
Water use is very important in drilling practice. Water will not only cool the augers that are heated by friction, but also provide great benefits in drilling. for 2-3 meters depth at least 15 liters of water will be drained. In case of giving little or no water in the drilling application, the augers are damaged and they become jammed in the hole, making the drilling application impossible.
